Warranty1 year labor + 3 year parts as standard+
Our warranty covers unlimited repair and replacement of parts within the stated period for all computer products. You do not need to register your warranty.

How repairs work
- We first assist you remotely and try to solve the issue.
- Hong Kong, first 30 days: we either send a technician to fix it, or arrange two-way shipping.
- After 30 days: standard RMA time may range from 7 to 30 days.
- United States: if a repair is needed within the first 60 days, we cover shipping both ways.
Not covered
Parts damage due to careless use, software issues, damage to the glass section of the case, extensive self or third-party repair without IronClad's consent, and damage caused by natural disasters, power surges or other events beyond our control.

| Build time | Standard machines take around 7 to 10 working days (up to 14 during high volume). Premium or customised parts can take 10 to 14 working days, depending on availability. |
| Hong Kong | Free delivery by SF Express or courier, depending on urgency. Courier deliveries arrive the same day as shipping, usually between 7pm and 11pm; SF Express usually arrives the next day. Restricted areas are served to the zone edge and islands to the nearest pier. |
| Taiwan | Free delivery by SF Express, usually 2 days after shipping. |
| Macau | SF Express, paid by the receiver. |
| United States | Delivered within 21 days after the order is confirmed. |
We notify you by WhatsApp, LINE or email on the day of shipping. Need it by a specific date, such as a birthday? Tell our staff before ordering and expedited options are available at no extra fee.
Returns & cancellations7-day return window+
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your PC. A service charge of 20% of the total refund applies. Cancelling before delivery incurs a 30% service charge.
Items must be in working condition, undamaged and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email sales@ironcladforge.com to start a return; items sent back without authorisation cannot be accepted. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage straight away.
PaymentCards, wallets and local transfers+
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shop Pay. AlipayHK, Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS, UnionPay and PayMe through QFpay. Bank transfer and cash are also accepted. A receipt is emailed once your order is confirmed.

Our studio is at Flat 11, 12th Floor, Goodluck Industrial Center, 808 Lai Chi Kok Road, Cheung Sha Wan. Open Mon–Fri 12:00pm–7:00pm; Saturday partially open, kindly book before visiting.
