Step one · Discussion
Our store is open in business hours. Book a visit and come for a comfortable discussion. The staff are friendly, and we do not use pressure tactics.
Purpose
How will you use it? Game titles, or productivity applications? Tell us so we can plan the parts.
Budget
We will fight to stay in the bracket you set. Say so if you do not want to spend past a number.
Aesthetics
RGB, all black, a special colour, hard tubing. Tell us exactly how it should look.
The build
Thermal paste
High grade compound on every build. Not too much, not too little.
Fans and airflow
The fan layout is chosen for that case. Cooling and noise are both counted.
Cable management
Cables are managed so the inside looks tidy and troubleshooting stays simple.
Interior lighting
If the interior is too dark, we add lighting strips. RGB is not an afterthought.
Delivery
On-time, free to-door delivery in Hong Kong with our deliveryman. The PC arrives in full working order.
Aftersales
Care does not end at the door. Almost no PC runs without a problem at some point. A representative is on standby 18 hours a day, so there is someone to call.
