Parts selection

You should not have to crawl through hours of video to learn which motherboard is worth buying. IronClad reviews the parts list on a daily basis. Other shops may steer you toward whatever is overstocked, or toward a higher margin. We keep our own stock minimal so we can pick the parts that perform and last.

Service

This is not a call-centre script. Each question is treated as urgent. Given how complex a PC is, issues happen. What matters is that support is reachable. We offer 18 hours of online support and a single place for repair, so you are not chasing individual suppliers. Almost 95% of our repair cases turn around the same day.

Assembly and testing

A build is more than stacking parts. Other assemblers may finish a machine in 45 minutes. We spend up to 8 hours on one machine: every screw, every cable, including the parts that never see daylight. CPU, RAM, storage, and GPU are tested on their own so thermals are right before the PC reaches your door.

This is for you if you…
