Hong Kong
Free delivery to the door, the same day we ship, by default between 7pm and 11pm. Buildings without a lift, some restricted New Territories and border areas, and islands are the exceptions: we deliver to the edge or the nearest pier, and a walk-up may add the contractor's charge.
Macau, the United States, Colombia
Macau goes by SF Express, paid by the receiver. The United States and Colombia go by FedEx international express. The PC ships within 10 days of the order and typically arrives within 7 days of shipping. US arrival from the ship date is quoted within 14 days. FedEx will contact you to set a window.
How long the build takes
Regular machines: 7 to 10 working days, up to 14 when the queue is long. Heavily customized machines: 10 to 14 working days. Ask if you need it sooner. Expedite is free when the workshop can take it.
Warranty
1 to 3 years, limited, for defects and natural wear. Not covered: BIOS tinkering, voltage changes, physical tampering without our guidance, and damage to the case or glass.
Hong Kong repairs in the first 30 days are on us, at your place or in the workshop. After that, the machine comes back to the shop. Same-day repair is the aim when the part is in hand. US shipping is covered for the first 60 days.
